What We Do

At VTX Energy Partners, we evaluate, acquire and develop large-scale upstream assets in established U.S. lower 48 basins. VTX is managed by a team that has worked together for over two decades and has been successful in three prior businesses.

Our current strategic focus centers on pursuing growth prospects within the southern Delaware Basin, leveraging the VTX management team’s proven history of achieving operational excellence, value creation and capital stewardship.
