Who We Are

We are VTX Energy Partners, a privately-owned oil and gas company. Our primary focus is on the evaluation, acquisition and development of significant asset positions in the US lower 48.

VTX was formed in partnership with Vitol and built on a foundation of success over two decades in three prior businesses, ATX Energy Partners, Brigham Resources and Brigham Exploration. At present, our focus is in enhancing and growing our sizable asset position in the southern Delaware Basin.
